ok so you know in passion how willow finds her dead fish in an envelope, courtesy of angel? well that always seemed so fucked up and terrifying until this time around I pictured scary dark evil angel groping around in the tank trying to catch the little fishes and I’m sorry but that’s a hilarious mental image
thinkin bout stern dalish inquizzies
wow nothing pisses me off more than when people defend obvious heteronormativity by saying stuff like ‘just because everyone in the entire universe ended up in a het relationship doesn’t mean that they were all meant to be straight because it was never stated that they were not not straight!!!’
yeah in a fantabulous world we wouldn’t have to assume characters straight until proven guilty, but if you make minimal effort otherwise to include queer people as a notable AND VISIBLE portion of the society you’ve created„, what else can people assume?
like sorry jkr you have a single queer character to speak of and it’s LESS DISCUSSED in the series than the fact that his brother probably fucks goats
you don’t get a medal for that. maybe a ‘nice work!’ sticker or something.
what the heck was jkr thinking when she made luna lovegood straight……what the heck was she thinking…….
do you mean when she made luna marry a man because those two are not synonymous
ooh well please do forgive me for coming to the obviously unfounded conclusion that the HP books, and jkr, are extremely heteronormative and therefore Luna was almost certainly straight in jkr’s eyes, just like every other character who isnt called albus dumbledore
my original post is kinda moot though since I actually have an inkling what jkr was thinking. something along the lines of “the queers are rare shy creatures who are never actually at all apparent in society. Ministry Classification XXXX because of how rare and mysterious they are”
because I don’t like it. if you want to do that, ok, but i’d rather not see it.
nothing in this world will ever come close to my love for season 2 of Buffy the vampire slayer
its odd because my dislike for bangel is so strong, so strong that s3 is difficult for me to stomach, but I still love s2. I think it’s because the way the *problems of bangel* were shown and handled in s2 was so much better and I just WISH that angel hadn’t featured as much in s3 and had left the show earlier to make room for more faith/buffy relatinship-explory goodness and not just repeated buffy/angel blegh
come to think of it it’s kind of like snily for me in that I find bangel interesting, and important part of both characters, but I can never actually want them to get together.
its a metaphor, you see. you place your cursor right upon the killing thing, but you dont actually click on it.
what the shit bungie do you not understand that there has never been and probably will never be a better video game score than that of halo why would you dump the guy that created it
WHAT THE FUCK
I GOOGLED IT AND THIS SEEMS LIKE IT IS LEGIT
BUNGIE YOU BETTER HAVE A DAMN GOOD REASON FOR THIS
